En Centi cuidamos tu información. Esta es una explicación simple de qué datos usamos y para qué.

Qué guardamos

• Tu email, para crear la cuenta e iniciar sesión. Si entras con Google, Google nos comparte tu email y tu nombre.
• Los datos que anotas: gastos, ingresos, categorías, metas y notas.
• Si activas las notificaciones, el identificador que nos da tu navegador o tu teléfono para poder enviártelas.

Cómo se usan

• Solo para mostrarte tus finanzas dentro de la app y calcular resúmenes.
• Para encontrar problemas y mejorar la app guardamos un registro de cómo la usas: las pantallas que abres, los botones que tocas, los mensajes que le envías al asistente y lo que te responde, y los errores. Solo lo puede leer nuestro equipo, no se vende ni se comparte para publicidad, y se borra cuando eliminas tu cuenta.
• Te enviamos por email algunos mensajes sobre tu cuenta: cómo empezar, tu racha y un resumen si dejas de usar Centi. Los entrega Resend, que recibe tu email y el contenido del mensaje solo para eso. Guardamos qué correo te enviamos y si abriste su enlace. Puedes dejar de recibirlos desde el enlace que trae cada correo o desde Ajustes.
• Las funciones de IA (voz, foto, asistente) usan Google Gemini. Para procesar tu pedido le enviamos lo necesario: el texto que escribes, el audio cuando dictas, la foto cuando capturas un recibo y, cuando haces una pregunta, los datos de tus movimientos que hacen falta para responderla. No se usa para entrenar modelos.

Medición y publicidad

• En la web usamos Vercel Analytics para ver visitas de forma agregada, sin perfiles individuales.
• Para medir si nuestros anuncios funcionan usamos el Píxel de Meta y la API de Conversiones de Meta. Cuando creas tu cuenta, terminas la configuración inicial, empiezas la prueba o pagas, le avisamos a Meta que ocurrió ese evento, junto con identificadores cifrados (hash) de tu email y de tu cuenta, tu dirección IP, el navegador y las cookies de Meta. Meta puede usarlo para medir y mejorar la entrega de anuncios.
• Guardamos esos identificadores técnicos (cookies de Meta, IP, navegador y la página por la que llegaste) asociados a tu cuenta para poder atribuir una compra posterior al anuncio. Se borran al eliminar tu cuenta.
• Nunca enviamos a Meta tus movimientos, montos, categorías, notas ni nada de tus finanzas.
• Dentro de la app de Android no se carga el Píxel de Meta.

Qué no hacemos

• No vendemos tus datos.
• No compartimos tus datos financieros con nadie para publicidad.
• No mostramos anuncios dentro de la app.

Pagos

• En la web los pagos de la suscripción los procesa Lemon Squeezy (vendedor registrado / Merchant of Record). En la app de Android los procesa Google Play. No guardamos los datos de tu tarjeta; los maneja el procesador de pago.

Tus controles

• Puedes editar o borrar tus movimientos cuando quieras.
• Puedes descargar una copia de tus datos desde Ajustes.
• Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y todos tus datos en cualquier momento desde la app (Ajustes → Eliminar mi cuenta) o en centiapp.com/eliminar-cuenta. La eliminación es permanente e inmediata.
• Al eliminar tu cuenta cancelamos automáticamente tu suscripción pagada por la web (Lemon Squeezy). Si te suscribiste por Google Play, cancélala también desde Google Play.

At Centi we care about your information. Here is a simple explanation of what we use and why.

What we store

• Your email, to create the account and sign in. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your email and your name with us.
• The data you enter: expenses, income, categories, goals and notes.
• If you turn on notifications, the identifier your browser or phone gives us so we can send them.

How it is used

• Only to show you your finances inside the app and compute summaries.
• To find problems and improve the app we keep a record of how you use it: the screens you open, the buttons you tap, the messages you send to the assistant and what it answers, and errors. Only our team can read it, it is not sold or shared for advertising, and it is deleted when you delete your account.
• We email you a few messages about your account: how to get started, your streak, and a summary if you stop using Centi. They are delivered by Resend, which receives your email address and the content of the message only for that purpose. We keep a record of which email we sent you and whether you opened its link. You can stop receiving them from the link in every email or from Settings.
• The AI features (voice, photo, assistant) use Google Gemini. To process your request we send it what is needed: the text you type, the audio when you dictate, the photo when you capture a receipt and, when you ask a question, the data from your transactions needed to answer it. It is not used to train models.

Measurement and advertising

• On the web we use Vercel Analytics to see visits in aggregate, without individual profiles.
• To measure whether our ads work we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. When you create your account, finish the initial setup, start the trial or pay, we tell Meta that the event happened, together with hashed identifiers of your email and account, your IP address, your browser and Meta's cookies. Meta may use this to measure and improve ad delivery.
• We keep those technical identifiers (Meta cookies, IP, browser and the page you arrived on) linked to your account so a later purchase can be attributed to the ad. They are deleted when you delete your account.
• We never send Meta your transactions, amounts, categories, notes or anything about your finances.
• The Meta Pixel is not loaded inside the Android app.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your financial data with anyone for advertising.
• We do not show ads inside the app.

Payments

• On the web, subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). In the Android app they are processed by Google Play. We do not store your card details; the payment processor handles them.

Your controls

• You can edit or delete your entries anytime.
• You can download a copy of your data from Settings.
• You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the app (Settings → Delete my account) or at centiapp.com/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and immediate.
• When you delete your account we automatically cancel your web subscription (Lemon Squeezy). If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel it from Google Play as well.
